Policys:
To reserve a room, we require a deposit equal to one night's lodging, or half of the total stay if more than two nights are reserved.  In order to guarantee a reservation, your deposit is due within seven (7) days following booking and may be made with cash, a personal check or a travelers check.  A Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your deposit.

In the event you find it necessary to cancel a reservation, your deposit will be refunded provided your cancellation notice is received seven or more days in advance of your scheduled arrival. To notify us of a cancellation, please telephone (603) 863-2545, and speak with a member of the staff who will issue a cancellation number to you. In the event of a late cancellation or an early departure, you will be responsible for payment for all nights reserved per your original reservation.
