Property Details:The Village House at Sutton Mills is located in a small New England Village setting with back roads, streams and tranquil surroundings.  Open year round we are close to skiing, ice-fishing, and snow-shoeing in the winter months; hiking /bike trails, golf courses, boat excursions and fishing in pristine rivers in warmer months.  Nearby are New England College, Colby Sawyer College, and Dartmouth.  Summer theater in  New London, as well as numerous area restaurants and fine shopping.  Owners also have a busy Blacksmithing Shop and Floorcloth Studio on the premises.
