Weddings, Civil Unions, Reunions and Additional Information: Come experience the warmth and ambiance of being out in the country to host your next special occasion! Whether you would like to host a wedding reception, business meeting, birthday party or retreat, we can accommodate you. We will cater to your event from beginning to end with attention to detail and personalized service, from choosing table linens to ordering the flowers and the mints. Reception or rehearsal dinner space can be accommodated for up to 50 seated guests. We can host any size event outside on the lawn with a tent.
Truly any event is not too big or small for us to take on. We can set up the dining room as a comfortable meeting facility for conferences or retreats.   Inside we can host business meetings up to 40 in our large room and 10 in our smaller room. A screen is available for business meetings. Lunch or dinner can be provided for the attendees and they can overnight and be as good as new to start back to work after their mini retreat in the mountains. This will help their attitude, their productivity, and your bottom line!

Policys: A deposit of one night's stay or 50% of the total stay, whichever is greater, is required to secure a reservation. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, cash or personal check. Balance of payment is due upon arrival. There is a 2-night minimum stay in season and for Rally & Race week/weekend. 1 night lodging is available mid week and during the off-season, 1 night weekend night's stays welcome upon availability.  Due to the intimate size of our Inn any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. If you cancel or alter your reservation and provide 30 days notice, your deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 service charge. If the reservation is canceled or altered less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit is forfeited unless the room is re-rented, we will issue a letter of credit good for a stay for anytime within one year. Reservations canceled within 48 hours of arrival will be billed for the full amount of the stay No shows will be billed for the full amount due.
