Policys:
From June 1st through October 31st, there is a 2 night minimum stay on weekends, also on some of our Package Special  Weekends. Some weekends require a 3-night minimum.

Deposits: To guarantee your reservations, full payment is required for reservations of 1 night, and a 50% deposit is required for 2 or more nights for each room reserved. A deposit will be taken at the time reservations are made.  If reserving by check, we must receive your deposit within 7 days from the  date of placing your reservations. We accept all major credit cards.

Cancellations: Deposits will be refunded on all reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to your arrival date, minus a $25 administrative fee per room. Less than 14 days notice, deposit will be forfeited. There are no refunds for arrivals later or early departures. No shows are treated as a confirmed reservation and will be billed for their entire stay.

Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. The Inn is an adult environment and children under 12 find us a little boring.
