Description: Located at the foothills of the White Mountains in Franklin NH bordering Webster Lake, Aiken Manor offers year-round activities and relaxation. Start your day at our historical inn with our renowned complimentary breakfast. Explore our 5 scenic acres that include a private beach, outdoor grill, kayaks, paddle boats and a screened-in gazebo. Bike, hike, snowmobile, or cross country ski on the 57-mile Northern Rail Trail, directly accessible from the property. Shop at the Tanger Outlet shopping center in neighboring Tilton. Ice fishing on Webster lake, snowshoeing on the Northern Rail trail, or skiing at nearby Ragged Mountain are just a few activities for winter sports enthusiasts.
Cancellation Policy: We are open year around, Minimum 2-night stay is required on all weekends and holidays from May 15- October 31. NO EXCEPTION, Our cozy kitchen and dining room is open 24 hours. We have a guest refrigerator stocked with water and soda plus a coffee station and snacks for your use. ~ Please refrain from bringing food &drink to your room, This is a non-smoking building, any smoking in rooms result in a $150.00 cleaning fee, plus you will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Cancellation Policy: Due to the small size of Aiken Manor cancellations affect the inn significantly. Once you have secured your reservation with a deposit, YOU ARE FULLY OBLIGATED FOR YOUR ENTIRE STAY. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights’ reserved, regardless of their actual arrival or departure date. You may cancel at any time BEFORE 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If you must cancel for ANY reason (this includes but is not limited to sickness, surgery, broken bones, death, or weather) within those 14 days of your scheduled arrival, you will be charged the entire amount of your stay, plus a $30 processing fee. No shows, late arrivals and early departures are considered cancellations and you are fully obligated for the payment of your entire stay. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you purchase travel insurance. That way, if an emergency of any kind were to occur, you would have additional recourse for canceling your stay and potentially obtaining a refund.
Pets: Our Library suite is Pet friendly,with its own entrance and ground floor this will make the perfect getaway for you and your beloved Dog. No pets are allowed in the main house except service dogs,
